Revamping the HHS Resource Center, an internal community platform, was a challenge that demanded a careful audit of the existing site and innovative strategies to uplift the user experience. My contributions to the team effort resulted in a design overhaul that received widespread appreciation. Notably, post-launch, we witnessed a 40% increase in user engagement and contributions—a testament to the success of the design.
